4th Annual SA Juneteenth Block Party & Fair Event

Event details I.  Purpose a.  Bring awareness to the ManCaveSA non-profit b.  Volunteer and assist the organizers of the “Block party” II.  Required items a.  Fee: $100 waived (for volunteering) b.  Time roster for those willing to sit at the booth. c.  Tent d.  Chairs e.  Table f.  Table cover g.  Brochures h.  Business cards i.  Giveaways (pens or something) j.  Coolers k.  Ice l.  Mini-water bottles III.  Activities a.  Help the vendors unload and set up the area for the event. To include our own area. This action should take no longer than three hours. b.  In three hours shifts, provide information on the ManCaveSA non-profit. Hand out giveaways, brochures, and business cards.
