About the event

Join us in exploring the silent struggle of high-functioning depression in Black and Brown men—those who excel in their careers and support their families while concealing internal battles. We aim to break the stigma around mental health, creating a safe space for vulnerability and sharing without judgment. Strength includes the courage to seek help, and healing begins when we stop pretending everything is fine. By discussing these issues, we challenge stereotypes and emphasize mental wellness and community support. Our initiative highlights the unique challenges faced by Black and Brown men and fosters dialogue for understanding and empathy. Together, we can prioritize mental health and empower individuals to share their truth and seek care.
